WHERE IT ALL StarTed 傳承的開始
Chef Meishan's Great-Grandfather, Grandparents, and parents came from Beiyuan Cuisine, a high privilege restaurant in Canton that catered to high officials, nobles and literati since 1928. Her grandparents were certified Master Dim Sum Chef and her mother was certified Dim Sum Chef. They were appointed to all over the country for teaching and mentoring before they moved to the states. 廬美珊師傅的曾祖父，外祖父母，和父母都來自廣州馳名北園酒家，招待過不少達官顯貴，文人雅士。她的外祖父母皆是國家特一級點心師，也曾是飲食協會的成員。在他們移居美國前多次被派到各地進行指導和宣揚點心製作。外祖父阮深鴻師傅更是被邀長留日本5年，代表廣東把傳統點心手藝宣揚海外. (右圖為阮深鴻師傅(左一)在日本期間)
the fourth generation 第四代傳承
After graduating from Johnson & Wales University for Baking and Pastry Arts, Chef Meishan has decided to keep the traditions going by seeking mentorship from her grandparents and parents. She wanted her children and the next generation able to enjoy the food that she enjoyed. She wanted her mother and grandmother, and everyone that enjoyed can continuedly to find the food that remind them the profound memories.
盧美珊師傅在畢業于強生威爾士大學烘培專業后, 決定求學于她的外祖父母和父母, 將這僅有的傳統手藝繼續傳承下去. 她希望下一代也能繼續像她那樣可以享受到傳統的美味. 也希望像她外婆和媽媽那一輩的可以繼續享受那些帶著各種美好回忆和情怀的美食。

We do catering upon request. Two weeks minimum will be needed for preparation of the product (more time may be necessary depending on the amount).
